From exciting events, initiatives and public art projects to capacity-building partnerships and innovative new ideas, the Cultural Affairs section of Community Services is actively engaged in exploring unique ways to help Windsor's arts, culture and heritage creative community tell its stories. The entire Culture and Events team plays a key role in many projects, initiatives, events and celebrations in Windsor's arts, culture and heritage community.
