Committee of Adjustment Applications & Fees
Beginning June 2025, all applications are to be submitted online via the Citizen Portal.
Prior to submitting a formal Committee of Adjustment application, a pre-consultation application is required. Please complete and submit a pre-consultation application through Citizen Portal. You will be notified when payment is required.
Once complete, you will receive a Consultation Summary Report outlining the required relief from the applicable by-law and what information and material is required as part of a complete application submission. At that time, a complete application can be submitted through Citizen Portal.
Committee of Adjustment fees and applications are subject to change upon Council approval.

Application Requirements:
Submission of a complete application will expedite the City's review of your proposal. This includes the completion of the application form, a conceptual site sketch illustrating the proposed development, application fee, and any additional information identified by the City during the pre-consultation.
