Applications To Remove H

The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all the necessary conditions for removal of the "H" symbol have been satisfied prior to completing and submitting an application form to the Planning & Development Services Department for processing. It is also the responsibility of the applicant to provide all the required information and documentation.

Planners will conduct consultations with the relevant agencies/departments and staff to ensure that the reason the holding provisions were established has been achieved or no longer applies.
