The draft plan includes 3 new roadways (streets A, B & C), and 3 blocks (block 35 for storm water management facility; blocks 36 & 37 for reserves) identified as part of the proposed residential subdivision development. Two of the proposed new roads provide direct vehicular access from/to North Talbot Road.
