Published

Willistead Manor and Thyme To-Go continue the 2024 At the Manor event offerings with the 4th Annual Harvest Dinner on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Willistead Manor, 1899 Niagara Street. The event features one seating at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person (taxes not included), and are available now at www.ThymeToGo.ca. Seating is limited, and those interested in attending are encouraged to purchase tickets early.

For this popular experience, guests are treated to a crisp fall meal inside Willistead Manor with the historic mansion as the backdrop to dinner. The unique, not-to-be-missed experience includes a farm-to-table epic roast with three delicious cuts of meat, rustic vegetables, seasonal side dishes, drink tastings from Wolfhead Distillery, and a special live interactive performance courtesy of The Rum Runners Tour.

Additionally, guests this year will have the opportunity to visit the Coach House Historical Exhibition, which shares the story of Hiram Walker, the Walker family and legacy, the formation of Walkerville, Edward and Mary Walker, construction and history of Willistead Manor, and much more. This permanent exhibition is supported by the Charleigh Charitable Trust, the Walker descendants, Willistead Manor Inc., the Friends of Willistead, and the City of Windsor. These unique At the Manor events and initiatives take place in the City’s historic manor in Old Walkerville, and are co-produced by the City’s Culture & Events team and the manor’s exclusive caterer. Thyme To-Go’s Head Chef Julie Myers designs special menus that draw inspiration from Willistead’s history and from her travels around the world, created with fresh and local ingredients wherever possible.

Additional upcoming events in the series include:

  • Annual Holiday Tours on select Sundays and Wednesdays in December 2024.
  • Breakfast with Santa on Sundays December 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2024.
