Temporary Disruption to 3-1-1 Three-Digit Dialing

The City of Windsor is experiencing a disruption with the three-digit dialing of 3-1-1. Residents attempting to reach the Customer Contact Centre by dialing 3-1-1 will not be connected at this time; however, to access the same municipal services by phone, residents can call 519-255-2489.

Residents can continue to submit service requests through other channels, including the Windsor 311 mobile app, 311 Online, or 311@citywindsor.ca by email. For general information, residents can also visit CityWindsor.ca or follow our social media channels for updates.
