Playground Deck Repairs/Replacements to Temporarily Close Three Playgrounds

The playgrounds at Esdras Park (1191 Esdras), George Park (4085 Wyandotte Street East), and Bellewood Park (2600 Youngstown Street) will be temporarily fully closed to the public for deck replacement.

Construction is scheduled to take place from Thursday, June 25, to Thursday, July 2, 2026, weather permitting.

The three parks will remain open, but poles and caution tape will be placed around the perimeter of each closed playground while construction proceeds.

The City’s Parks team kindly asks residents to stay away from these areas during the construction project and appreciates your cooperation.
