New and Improved Windsor 311 App Makes It Easier to Report Yard Concerns, Potholes, and More
The City of Windsor has launched an updated Windsor 311 mobile app, making it faster and easier for residents to report issues and access municipal services when it is most convenient for them, whether at home, at work, or on the go.
Equipped with the latest mobile standards for both Apple and Android devices, the new version of the app offers a more streamlined and intuitive user experience. Furthermore, ongoing additions to 311’s online service request library will continue to expand access to more City services.
As summer activity increases across the city, residents are reminded that reporting concerns is quick, convenient, and available 24/7 using the 311 online reporting tool and the Windsor 311 mobile app.
Over the summer months, the most common service requests can include topics like the following:
- Dirty yard/alley
- Parks maintenance
- Dead animal removal
- Tree-related storm issues
- Streetlight issues
- Road maintenance
- Graffiti
- Potholes
- Missed garbage collection
- Homelessness report
Residents can access 311’s digital services by visiting 311 Online or by downloading the Windsor 311 mobile app through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
