Free Secure Bike Parking Available for Ford Fireworks Attendees in Downtown Windsor

Published

Cyclists attending this year’s Ford Fireworks will once again have access to convenient and secure bike parking in downtown Windsor.

On June 22, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, the City of Windsor will offer a free, monitored bike parking service at Charles Clark Square, 215 Chatham Street East. The designated bike corral will provide a safe and supervised space for cyclists to lock their bicycles while enjoying the popular annual event.

With large crowds and road closures expected again this year, organizers encourage residents and visitors to consider cycling as an easy and accessible transportation option.

The City of Windsor continues to encourage cycling as a safe, sustainable, and convenient way to travel throughout the city — especially during major events like the Ford Fireworks.
