City of Windsor Enters Agreement to Support Proposed Long-Term Care Facility at Seneca Park
City Council has directed the City of Windsor to enter into agreement with Arch Acquisitions Corporation that could support the future development of a proposed long-term care facility on a portion of Seneca Park located at 3515 Wildwood Drive.
The agreement involves an underutilized four-acre section of the western portion of Seneca park and represents an important step toward expanding housing and care options for older adults in Windsor. The proposed facility would create new, modern living spaces for seniors while helping meet the growing need for long-term care and specialized housing options within the community.
The project aligns with the City of Windsor's ongoing efforts to expand housing opportunities and supports the goals of Housing Solutions Made for Windsor by increasing the range of housing options available to residents.
