Quotes:

“It’s fantastic to see the new City Hall Square Ice Rink come alive in our downtown. Since the new civic esplanade opened this past summer, it has become one of the city’s greatest assets of public space in the heart of the community. From milestone flag-raisings, exciting viewing parties, and the launch of the Live at the Square summer concert series… to social, recreational, and cultural activities, the space has been packed with unforgettable experiences since we cut the first ribbon. Now, our new ice rink comes online, replacing the former rink at Charles Clark Square, and ensuring residents are treated to the space they helped imagine outside Windsor City Hall. From ice skating at the new rink, to Bright Lights Windsor at Jackson Park, to the Willistead Manor Holiday Tours, to the Capitol Theatre and the Windsor Symphony Orchestra’s Holiday Pops, to many neighbourhood events and markets filled with local goods… there’s truly something for everyone in Windsor this holiday season. Join us for the grand opening of the ice rink as we continue Building Windsor’s Future… together.”
- Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens
