Legal Division

The Legal Services Division provides legal services to City Council, local boards and City administration. It prepares legal opinions for the guidance of Council and City administration and represents the City before the Courts and Administrative Tribunals. It also prepares by-laws, agreements, contracts and buys and sells property for the City.

Please note: The City of Windsor is our sole client, and as such, we cannot provide advice to the public on personal legal matters.
