Pathway to Potential Funded Programs Supported High Priority Communities

Be Back Soon

Connections Early Years Family Centre’s Be Back Soon program extended unlicensed short-term child care to qualifying parents with young children while they attended their vaccine appointments. The program was available for families living in postal codes N8H, N8X, N8Y, N9A, N9B, N9C and N9Y. The intention of the program was to remove barriers for families that had no one to watch their children during COVID-19 vaccination appointments. Transportation options were made available.

The Be Back Soon program offers no-cost, unlicensed short-term child care for young children. Children are cared for by registered early childhood educators and trained staff in a stimulating environment with enhanced safety protocols. The Be Back Soon program is available during a variety of times. Please contact Connections Early Years Family Centre for more information or to book an appointment at 519-252-9696.
