Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a poverty-reduction strategy for the Windsor-Essex region. The strategy is jointly funded by the City of Windsor and County of Essex. P2P envisions that “Windsor-Essex County is a thriving community, where residents have access to resources and opportunities to reach their full potential.”

    P2P Neighbourhoods Program Launch

    We are excited to announce the launch of the Neighbourhoods Program! As part of this regional initiative, neighbourhood leads have now been identified for at-risk and priority neighbourhoods in both Windsor and Leamington:
