The Inclusion Network
The Inclusion Network provides input and advice to the City of Windsor as the Consolidated Municipal Service Manager (CMSM) for child care in Windsor-Essex County. This advice assists in planning and implementing services for children with special needs aged 0-12 years, with a focus on children 0-5 years. The collaboration of input from community agencies ensures a coordinated service system approach, as well as the development of protocols for ensuring the inclusion of children with special needs in the child care community.
