Development Concept

The key linking element behind the Riverfront Plan include landmark beacons, a comprehensive circulation system, natural and cultural themes, and connection of residents to the river. This will be accomplished through the creation of 5 landmark beacons, emphasis on the nature, the integration of buildings into the landscape, the use of elemental and timeless design, as well as the use of attributes and history of character areas along the riverfront.
