Applications

The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has delegated approval powers for Plans of Subdivision to the Corporation of the City of Windsor pursuant to Section 4 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, effective January 4, 1994. Therefore, all applications for Plans of Subdivision for lands in the City of Windsor are to be filed directly with the Planning & Building Services Department. Prior to submission of an application, applicants are advised to consult a planner within this department. Application forms and information about application fees are available by visiting the Applications and Forms Webpage or by visiting the Planning & Building Services Department.
