Applications

The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has delegated approval powers for Plans of Condominium to the Corporation of the City of Windsor pursuant to Section 4 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, effective January 4, 1994. Therefore, all applications for Plans of Condominium for lands in the City of Windsor are to be filed directly with the Planning Department.

Applicants are advised to consult a planner in the Planning & Building Services Department prior to the submission of applications. Application forms and information about application fees are available online or by visiting the Planning & Building Services Department.
