The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property from Residential District 1.4 (RD1.4) to Residential District 1.2 (RD1.2) to facilitate the division of the residential parcel into two lots. The single detached dwelling is to remain, and the accessory structures are to be demolished. Lot 2 would contain the existing residential dwelling. Lot 1 is proposed to contain a single-unit dwelling without any additional dwelling units (ADUs). No further relief from the Zoning By-Law is requested.
