The applicant is requesting access from Maguire Street to four (4) existing residential lots along Sutton Avenue. The proposed access from Maguire Street is not consistent with the existing subdivision agreement on the subject lands. Consequently, the applicant is proposing an amendment to the existing subdivision agreement. Details of the proposed amendment can be found on pages 3 and 4, Section 2.0, of the attached planning memo dated May 2026, prepared by Dillon Consulting Limited.
