The applicant is requesting an amendment to Zoning By-law 8600 to change the zoning for the lands located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Church Street and Norfolk Street, known municipally as 3220 Church Street, by adding a zoning exception to allow for the creation of a lot with a reduced minimum lot width and lot area for the construction of a new Single Unit Dwelling. The zoning exception will only be applied to the new lot.
