The parcel has a lot area of 2,024.1 metres squared, lot frontage of 33.5 metres and lot depth of 60.4 metres. The single-storey existing building located at 1785 Turner Road is currently vacant.
The development as proposed may be subject to Site Plan Control. All plans and elevations are conceptual and subject to change.
