Applicant proposes to amend the existing MD1.4 zone on the subject land to a site-specific MD1.4 zone to permit self-storage units (shipping containers) as an additional permitted use on the subject land.
The applicant also proposes to construct self-storage shipping container units for household use. Access to the site will be from North Service Road East with two (2) entrance locations. Each access will be gated with security features. Parking for a total of three (3) parking spaces is provided, including one (1) barrier-free space.
