Signs of Infestation

Once you have removed an infected Ash Tree and if the tree is small, you can bundle the branches (in four foot lengths or less) and place them at your curb. The branches will be picked up on your regularly scheduled yard waste day.

If you have large logs, you can bring them to Environmental Services at 3540 North Service Rd (call 519-974-1010 for more information). Please do not leave these logs at the curb as passersby might pick them up as firewood.

The important thing to remember is that infested Ash wood can't be transported out of the quarantined zone.
