Councillor Mark McKenzie Biography
Born and raised in South Walkerville, Mark has been a lifelong resident of Ward 4 (minus a few years, where he moved around the country to focus on his professional broadcast career). Currently, Mark lives in South Walkerville with his wife, son, and dog Cujo.
After spending 17-plus years in professional broadcasting with long stints at Windsor radio stations 89X, AM800 CKLW, and AM580 CKWW, Mark has been a licensed Realtor with Royal LePage Binder Real Estate since 2021. Mark has won many awards, including the "International Radio Personality of the Year" award at the Worldwide Radio Summit in 2018; as well as the Royal LePage Presidents Gold Award in 2022, representing the top 10% of Royal LePage REALTORS® in Windsor-Essex. Mark is a proud father and husband and enjoys road trips across Canada with his family during the summer months.
