Transcript Requests
A transcript is a written record of what was said during a court hearing. Provincial Offences (POA) transcripts must be ordered for all cases where a trial or guilty plea was heard. Transcripts are not required if you were convicted without a hearing.

- Complete the form and select the vendor from the list included on the form.
All parties interested in ordering a court transcript from Windsor Provincial Offences Court must select and contact the vendor listed on the transcript order form or select a transcriptionist from the provincial database and arrange for all aspects of the transcript order, including timeframe required, payment method and delivery options. The vendor will advise whether there are any access restrictions on the transcript order you would like to place. - Contact the vendor directly to place the order and keep a copy of the confirmation.
