Recreation and Culture
- Provides on-site leadership and overall direction to sports programming, cultural programming, and leisure activities in arenas and outdoor ice rinks, aquatic facilities and community centres
 - Provides professional facilitation of community events, seasonal sports and recreational services for the entire community, including seniors and special populations
 - Provides leadership and facilitation for arts and culture and heritage
 
Community Programming and Community Rentals
- Offers 8,000 recreational and educational programs annually, attracting more than 37,500 participants (preschoolers, youth, teens, adults and seniors)
 - Provides recreation facilities, which are available for private and community rentals
Culture and Heritage - Manages Windsor's Community Museum and develops long-term cultural development strategies
 - Manages Willistead Manor and Mackenzie Hall
 
Special Events
- Provides specialized services in special events organization, including the rental of various facilities such as the Riverfront Festival Plaza and Charles Clark Square
 
Leisure and Outreach Services
- Schedules and supervises 150 sport fields
 - Works with individuals, non-profit organizations and professional event organizers to facilitate more than 300 community events, from walkathons to major festivals
 - Works with seniors and special populations
 
Family Aquatic Complex
- Manages Adventure Bay Family Water Park
 - Manages Windsor International Aquatic & Training Complex (WIATC)
