AODA Compliance Reporting
Every two years, municipalities are required to submit bi-annual compliance reports to the Ministry of Seniors and Accessibility (MSAA) in a form prescribed by the MSAA. In addition to this filing requirement under the legislation, organizations must also publish compliance reports to the public. This page, and the documents found here, serve to satisfy the requirements under section 14(2), which holds that
"14. (1) A person or organization to whom an accessibility standard applies shall file an accessibility report with a director annually or at such other times as the director may specify. 2005, c. 11, s. 14 (1)."
