In 2019, staff from Be Back Soon presented to the City of Windsor's Community Services and Parks Standing Committee about the impact their Pathway to Potential (P2P) funded program is having on its clients. As part of their presentation to the standing committee, an impact video of Yasmin was shown detailing her experience using the Be Back Soon program at Connections and how it was beneficial for her daughter and herself while she was in post-graduate school:
In 2020, Pathways to Prosperity Canada, with funding from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), released a series of promising practices in settlement and integration that showed empirical evidence for their effectiveness. Be Back Soon's model of providing free, short-term, unlicensed child care was identified as a promising practice.
