Towing Truck Owner Vehicle, Drivers
Attention:
As of January 1, 2024, the Ministry of Transportation, under the authority of the Province of Ontario, introduced the Towing & Storage Safety and Enforcement Act (TSSEA) and implemented provincial oversight of the towing industry, including the licensing of operators, drivers and storage facilities. The City of Windsor no longer issues municipal licences for tow truck operators and drivers. Towing industry complaints can be filed by accessing the TSSEA Complaints Portal.
